I have felt this way. There was a time where I was saying yes to everyone and everything but myself. I was frustrated and resentful of others who could easily say no or what appeared to me, do whatever they wanted. I began to say things to myself like: how in the world can she say no to that and who does she think she is?

I was saying yes to everyone and everything but myself. I was constantly disappointed in myself because I couldn’t find the time to do the things that mattered to me. I’d tell myself I wouldn’t overcommit myself and it would work for a while but then the cycle would start all over again.

Time is a finite resource. As much as I’d like to magically give myself more hours in the day, that isn’t a possibility. Others would continually ask and take from me as long as I continued to allow it to happen. I realized it was up to me to make the change. I had to invest in myself. I tried many programs, read books. Learned. Started implementing and practicing. Some things worked amazingly and others failed miserably.

I created a clear process that I’ve used consistently for over a decade. That is why I created this course. I want you to be able to use your time and energy in a way that best serves you and those you love. I want to share this process with you so you can start saying no to the things that no longer serve you or fit in your life and start taking your time back without feeling guilty.

How It Works

In this program, we will follow a clear coaching process. Over the course of 8 weeks the work will be broken into three sections:

Section 1: Understanding how you got here

  • Assessing what drives you to say yes or no
  • Examination of your stories and narratives
  • Understanding the difference between a request and a demand

Section 2: Envisioning what you want

  • Identifying what matters to you most & why
  • Understanding your values and how they can be used to make decisions
  • Identify and address gaps

Section 3: Putting It All Together

  • Skills and tools you’ll need to start saying no to things that don’t fit your life
  • Examples and tips to respond to requests
  • Consistent process that you can use daily

Each week you will receive a new module and exercises to complete prior to our weekly live group coaching sessions. The live sessions will be recorded so you can go back and review them during the duration of the course.

You won’t be alone. I will be with you every step of the way. And I know you can do this work because I did it.
